On November the 4th, Scotiabank announced a number of changes. These changes will allow us to enhance service to our customers while reducing structural costs. A limited number of branches in the Caribbean will be closed, combined with other branches to align with market opportunity and minimize overlap. We have a long history in the Caribbean - 125 years in the Region and 47 years in BVI - and we remain the pre-eminent bank in the Caribbean. The announced changes are continuation of our ongoing efforts to ensure that we provide our customers with better service in the most efficient way.
